RVnGO has expanded its website and added the ability to sell RVs, in addition to its rental offerings on the digital marketplace.
In the past, the company’s website connected RV consumers wishing to rent units to potential renters. The site did not charge to post a listing or to connect consumers to each other. It generated revenue by providing rental insurance. RV owners and dealerships can now post RVs and sell them on the website, in addition to its previous RV rental offerings.
This site provides free advertising to RV dealerships who post units for sale or post rental units on the site.
Said Brad Grimm, RVnGO business development manager, “We wanted to connect and bring people closer together. We aren’t charging anything to post these. We are the insurance solution for the website users. I hope dealerships will also post their RVs and maybe we can help them make some sales.”
He said the website change has been in development for the last 12 months but the idea to add the new service came more than a year ago.
“On a macro scale, there are more than 9 million consumers who own an RV, it’s a lofty goal but we’d like all of them to use the site,” Grimm said. “Our target market is RV dealers who want to move units. I’m making my first sales call today to a dealer to see if he wants to put his units on there. It’s the beginning of something new.”
