Safe-Guard Products International appointed Darin Cline to succeed retiring chief operating officer Jardon Bouska. The transition is part of the company’s planned succession strategy.
Bouska served the software provider for 10 years. He oversaw expansion and technological advancement.
Safe-Guard President and CEO David Pryor said, “We are deeply grateful for Jardon’s contributions to Safe-Guard. His leadership over the last decade has been instrumental in our success, and we wish him the very best in his retirement.”
Cline will assume his new responsibilities immediately. He has held senior leadership positions at Capitol One, Goldman Sachs and two start-ups.
Pryor said, “His extensive background in strategic growth aligns perfectly with our vision for Safe-Guard’s future. Darin’s leadership will be instrumental as we continue to enhance our product offerings and customer experience.”
Cline has set strategic direction and leveraged data-driven approaches to drive process improvements and scale operations in the automotive finance sector. He also held U.S. Navy leadership positions for several years.
Cline said, “I look forward to working with the talented team at Safe-Guard to drive operational excellence and deliver even greater value to our clients and partners.”
