Management and Sales Training Expert David Martin will deliver two workshops as part of the sales education track during the 2022 RV Dealers Convention/Expo. The Convention/Expo will take place Nov. 7-11, at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas.
The first workshop, “Order Takers No More,” is an hour-long course, at 8:15 a.m. Nov. 8. The workshop is designed to help dealers and their sales staff get back to the basics.
In the workshop, Martin will discuss the best responses to customer objections. He will also share the eight most powerful questions to ask customers and the psychology behind them. Martin will identify how to use social media and other prospecting methods to cultivate a never-ending flow of prospects.
Workshop topics include:
- Learn the three keys to sell from stock and close the sale
- Take back to the dealership powerful responses to the six main objections heard from customers daily
- Discover the eight most effective questions that turn shoppers into buyers
The second workshop, “The Virtual Sales Professional” will be at 10:45 a.m. Nov. 8. The pandemic caused a seismic shift in consumer shopping habits. Martin will describe how remote communication and selling techniques can complement the traditional sales model. In this workshop, attendees will learn how to drive sales by using a more personal customer experience.

- Discover specific techniques for becoming an expert in electronic communications.
- Learn prospect communication and engagement techniques.
