Sobel University will return to in-person training in October this year, just in time for the Comprehensive Sales Courses to begin.
Hotel and travel pandemic restrictions required Sobel to hold the classes in a virtual setting.
“We have been working with dealerships across the country to refocus sales staff and get rid of bad habits from last year’s abnormal market,” Sobel University VP Jered Sobel said. “Dealers are realizing that the market will shift again. They are making sure their entire staff is up to speed and ready for 2022.”
The Comprehensive Sales Course is available at multiple experience levels during in-person and virtual courses.
Sobel will offer the following courses:
May 10-14 – Virtual
Aug. 2-6 – Virtual
Oct. 18-22 – Tacoma, Washington
Nov. 29-Dec. 3 – Atlanta
Dec. 6-10 – Tacoma, Washington
Students can expect a challenging eight hours of classroom instruction, Sobel stated, with homework every night and exams every day during the weeklong classes. Dealers reported a drastic increase in sales productivity and CSI scores upon their staff’s successful class completion, Sobel stated.
The center has trained more than 65,000 students and more than 500 RV dealerships since 1991. Sobel University provides training for management, salespeople and consumers throughout the U.S. and Canada.
