The Society of Certified RV Professionals recognized 18 individuals from eight participating dealerships who earned a new certification, and an individual who renewed their certification during the last quarter of 2022 through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center Fixed Operations Certification Program.
Twenty-two individuals in all earned national certification.
“On behalf of the entire RV industry, we congratulate these professionals and their dealerships. These accomplishments are proof of their outstanding commitment to customer service and satisfaction,” RVDA President Phil Ingrassia said. “Not only do they elevate our industry, but on an individual level, each joins an elite group of certified personnel who have successfully met high professional standards.”
Newly certified recognition program participants are: Jason Young (service writer/advisor), Casey Boudreaux (service writer/advisor), Nicole Pablo (service writer/advisor), Kerensa Koithan (service writer/advisor), Joshua Clay (service writer/advisor), Jeffrey Frizzell (service writer/advisor), Brandon Horton (service writer/advisor), Karen Martin (service writer/advisor), Denise Schneider (service writer/advisor), June Gale (service manager), Aaron Dube (service manager), Karen Arnold (service manager), Jacquline Bauman (warranty administrator), Kathy Foreman (warranty administrator), Glenn Orange (warranty administrator), Lou Materia (parts specialist), Brittany Drabick (parts specialist), and Taylor Godbey (parts manager).
Charles Duquemin (recertified warranty administrator) renewed a certification.
Fixed-ops professionals can earn certification as parts managers, parts specialists, service writers/advisors, service managers, and warranty administrators through the Mike Molino RV Learning Center. The learning center offers online testing, certification and recertification.
