Spartan RV Chassis introduced its new K3 525 chassis last week at the Newmar Dealer Meeting.
The K3 525 chassis is designed exclusively for the 2024 Newmar Mountain Aire Type A diesel luxury motorcoach. The chassis increased its available horsepower to 525 and is enhanced by Premier Drive, Spartan RV Chassis’ proprietary suspension system.

Spartan RV Chassis also introduced a five-year, 100,000-mile, fully transferrable warranty for all eight Newmar models built on the Spartan RV chassis, including the Mountain Aire and the best-selling Dutch Star. The supplier offers a 20-year, unlimited-mile warranty on frame rails and cross members, and three years of complimentary roadside assistance.
The K3 525 chassis is a Cummins diesel engine and features an independent front suspension with a 20,000-pound capacity, custom-tuned shocks and improved wheel cut.
The chassis is integrated with Spartan’s Connected Coach experience, a suite of interactive technologies. The Connected Coach suite includes a state-of-the-art digital dash, Tri-Pod steering wheel, and Advanced Protection System.
