SuperSprings International changed its company leadership by creating a new reporting structure and adding team members.
The company restructuring established five business units — marketing, operations, data and technical operations, finance and HR and sales — each led by a member of the new leadership team.
With these units, the leadership team includes Gerry Lamberti as chairman and CEO, Adam Weisner as chief commercial officer, Jeni Chen as director of operations, Justin Tevisas director of data and tech ops, Ryan Dougan as controller and Tom Bateman as director of marketing.
Chen and Bateman are the newest additions to the team. Chen is a new hire while Bateman was promoted with two years of experience at the company.
“This new leadership structure is exactly what SuperSprings International needs as we turn the page on 2021 into 2022 and beyond,” Lamberti said.
The CEO said the company experienced 40% growth in 2021. He hopes the leadership restructuring fuels exponential growth in 2022.
