Supplier Brings Experience to Executive Team

Firefly Integrations hired David Johnson to be the company’s new vice president of tech support and customer service.

Johnson brings over 15 years of operational management experience to Firefly.

“For many years I have wanted to work for a growing Christian company that listened to its customers’ needs and created products to meet those needs,” Johnson said. “I found that here at Firefly.”

Johnson previously worked at PigTek, where he was the operations manager for two years. He has an abundance of technical support and leadership experience, Firefly said. Firefly expects his addition to the company will improve customer relations and support.

Firefly Integrations CEO Leon Bontrager said, “We are excited to have David Johnson come aboard to take our customer service team to the next level. He is a highly skilled problem solver and an excellent leader. His vast experience will enable him to create a customer service department where the employees feel appreciated and empowered. David will be a huge asset to Firefly and our customers.”

Johnson has experience in the RV industry, working with Keystone and Dutchmen, as well as the real estate firm Cressy & Everett. Firefly said Johnson has a reputation for leading solutions-driven teams and achieving excellence.

“He is expected to continue that while at Firefly Integrations,” the company said.
