Anker, a global power solutions supplier, unveiled its new Solix C1000 and Solix F3800 portable power stations at a Germany trade show.
Shaun Xiong, Anker’s general manager, said the new generation of power stations provide reliable power storage in any situation.
“It is not just about powering outdoor adventures, but also ensuring they have a dependable home power backup solution at an incredible savings over traditional home backup solutions,” Xiong said. “We believe in energy independence for our consumers, and to power a sustainable future together.”
The Solix C1000 can fully recharge in 58 minutes when connected to a wall outlet because of the power station’s 1,300-watt input power. When paired with solar panels producing up to 600 watts of power, the C1000 can fully recharge in just under two hours.
Anker’s InfiniPower technology and the power station’s lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries make the batteries last up to 3,000 charging cycles. The C1000 is 15% smaller than most 1,000-watt power stations, Anker said.
The power station can hold up to 1,056-watt-hours of power, which can be doubled by adding a BP1000 expansion battery. The power station has a 2,400-watt AC output via SurgePad among six AC outlets, able to power 99% of appliances, Anker said. The power station weighs 28.4 pounds.
The Solix F3800 features AC coupling and supports home solar power cycling. The power station offers 6,000 watts of power output and 120-volt/240-volt dual output, enough to power devices such as washing machines, dryers and full-size refrigerators, Anker said.
The Solix C1000 will be available in late September. The Solix F3800 is expected to ship in the first quarter of 2024.
Anker products are available in the U.S. through big-box retailers including Wal-Mart, Costco, The Home Depot, Target and Best Buy. The supplier is seeking additional U.S. dealers and distributors.
