Pressure Systems International (PSI) merged Truck System Technologies (TST) into P.S.I. with Jim Sharkey as the company president.
TST CEO Tim Musgrave said, “This structural change will improve our ability to support our customers while bolstering the available resources to continue our growth. We remain committed to our OEM and end-user customers in the RV market under the ‘TST’ brand.”
PSI acquired TST in 2017 and TST has operated separately since. Clarience Technologies acquired PSI in July 2022.
With the change, TST, a tire pressure monitoring system supplier will function as a brand within PSI
Former TST President Bear Musgrave has left the company.
PSI said the merger would provide growth opportunity and impact engineering, production, marketing, finance and administration functions. Amid the change, PSI said TST will focus on customers. TST’s operations and sales teams will operate as they did before the merger.
