DDR Company promoted its controller for the past 10 years.
Rebecca Carpenter, who has been the company’s controller, will be the company’s vice president of operations – controller.
DDR said Carpenter’s dedication and leadership have been instrumental to the company’s success.
In her new role, Carpenter will lead operational and managerial oversight, evaluating systems and processes for continuous improvement in department efficiency.
“DDR has seen tremendous growth in the leadership, organization and implementation of processes over the past 10 years,” the company said, “and Rebecca has been a major contributor to this success.”
DDR, based in Bristol, Indiana, supplies glass shower enclosures, shower screens, cooking stoves, BBQ grills, griddles, window shades, gas struts, clamps, foam tape and T-handles to industries including the RV industry.
