Truma technician training will take place across the United States. The supplier announced regional training program implementations in 16 cities to boost the network of Truma-certified service technicians.
The first round of training will kick off in Atlanta from March 5-7. Each session encompasses 12 hours over two days. Instructors will give classroom presentations on Truma AquaGo, Aventa, Combi and VarioHeat. Hands-on troubleshooting and repair will be available for the Aqua Go and Combi.
The supplier will provide two sessions at each location; however, technicians only need to complete one to achieve complete training. Technicians with a passing grade on a post-training evaluation will be certified to work on the included Truma products.
Truma-certified technicians will be qualified to perform high-level repairs, such as AquaGo mixing vessel replacements. Service centers with Truma-certified technicians will be added to Truma’s dealer partner map.
The supplier partnered with the RV Technical Institute (RVTI) to ensure a passing grade qualifies students for 12 hours of continuing education credits toward an RVTI recertification or Level 3 Appliances Specialist certification.
