SylvanSport, a Brevard, North Carolina-based trailer and camping gear manufacturer, hired Lisa Drake as its new finance director.
Drake was previously finance director at another North Carolinian manufacturer and worked in finance for several small businesses. The company said she decided to start at SylvanSport because of the company’s innovation and award-winning products, but also its location in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
“We are excited to welcome Lisa to our team,” SylvanSport CEO Tom Dempsey said. “Her unique experience in both large corporation and small business finance will bring a high level of professionalism to our team as we continue to grow in 2021.”
That growth partially will occur in SylvanSport’s engineering team, which the company is hiring for early this year.
