Incorporating showroom technology into sales will be among the skills taught during the “Harnessing Purchasing Power with Showroom Technology” workshop at the RVDA Convention/Expo.
Nicole Armstrong, vice president of corporate initiatives for Priority One Financial Services, will moderate the session scheduled for 11:30 a.m., Nov. 14. The seminar is on the business innovations education track.
Panelists include Trevor Allred of Kenect business development; Markle Janner, operations manager of Priority One Financial Services; and MenuMetric Chief Operating Officer Phil Imbery.
The workshop’s learning objectives consist of:
- How to integrate sales and F&I processes to capture consumers early in the buying cycle.
- How to identify legal boundaries that protect dealer and consumer information.
- How to leverage technology to interact with customers in the mobile environment that they often use.
