Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers acquired two stores, Outdoor Living RV and Master Marine.
The dealerships are located next to each other in San Antonio, Texas.
Performance Brokerage Services’ Jesse Stopnitzky and Jon Couwenberg advised on the acquisition.
Both dealerships were owned by George Noyes. Master Marine, the longest established marine dealership in San Antonio, opened in 1997 and moved to its current site in 2004. Outdoor Living RV was established in 2013.
Ron Hoover RV & Marine Centers was founded in 1987 and has been family-owned and operated for 36 years. The dealership group has over a dozen locations across Texas.
