A new mobile application provides on-the-go training and tools will be provided to Type A diesel RV salespeople who offer the Spartan RV chassis.
Spartan RV Chassis, a specialty vehicle manufacturer and business unit of The Shyft Group, said its new Spartan RV Dealer Connect application will offer a quicker and more seamless way to gain access to OEM coach- and model-year-specific information, Spartan stated.
“The new RV Dealer app allows us to provide our high-quality service and key content and updates to dealers and customers, no matter their location,” Shyft President Steve Guillaume stated. “Covid aside, it’s incredibly important that we give our sales channel access to the most up-to-date chassis specs and trainings. With the Spartan RV Dealer Connect app, we’re able to provide sellers with instant access to specs, key differentiators, sales trainings, spiff programs, and more, so they can be more successful with customers.”
The app gives dealers direct access to product information, resources and updates, including chassis specifications and training courses, competitive differentiators, salesperson rewards, upcoming events, Spartan RV merchandise and more.
“Now more than ever, we are committed to providing superior support to our dealers, including tools that provide instant access to more valuable information,” Guillaume stated.
In addition to the app launch, Shyft added functionality to its existing Connected Care consumer-facing application, the company stated. Spartan RV chassis owners now have access to a pre-trip inspection list, service center locator, diagnostic codes, a maintenance schedule, warranty information, upcoming event insight and Spartan RV merchandise.
Both Connected Care and Spartan RV Dealer Connect can be downloaded at the iOS Apple Store and Android’s Google Play store.
