Thetford hired a new product strategy director to lead the company’s product innovation and new product launches.
RV industry veteran Jordan Menz was introduced to Thetford employees during a town hall meeting at the company’s Ann Arbor, Michigan, headquarters.
Menz will report directly to Mary Pouliot, Thetford executive vice president, Americas.
“Jordan’s expertise in product development and his deep connection to the RV industry make him a perfect fit for this role,” Pouliot said. “We are excited to have him bring his passion and strategic vision to Thetford as we continue to innovate and grow.”
Menz has over eight years of experience in the industry, including the past five years as the produce development manager at Dave Carter and Associates. He spearheaded development and product launches across 12 categories, building global sourcing and development partnerships.
His previous work included stops at Patrick Industries, Forest River and Thor Motor Coach.
“With deep RV industry knowledge and strong connections,” Thetford said, “he will track industry trends and ensure customer needs shape future product plans.”
