Tiffin selected SuperSprings International (SSI) to be the official suspension provider for its Type B+ motorhomes, including the new Midas, a Ford Transit 350HD all-wheel-drive type B+.

All Tiffin Midas type B+ motorhomes will include front and rear SumoSprings suspension as standard equipment.

Tiffin has used SumoSprings for about a decade on various Type A and Type C motorhomes.

“We are making sure the customer’s journey is as good as at it can be,” Tiffin National Sales Manager Freddie Swinney said. “We are excited to keep delivering leading quality RVs to the market. To do that, we are passionate about every part of the experience, including the journey. By adding SumoSprings as standard, we are making sure the customer’s journey is as good as at it can be and partnering with a company that believes in the same.”

The Midas has a 4kW Onan gas generator, a powered patio awning, an outside shower and optional Wi-Fi connectivity with LTE.

Adding SumoSprings ensures consumers enjoy a heavy RV with maintenance-free suspension support requiring no lines, SSI said.

“Partnering with top-tier brands like Tiffin Motorhomes is in our DNA here at SuperSprings International. Their dedication to the customer experience through quality, care, and service is legendary,” SuperSprings International President Adam Weisner said. “Our passion is to innovate suspension that works. Tiffin was one of the earliest to see what we had when Bob experienced driving a unit with our suspension on it. Our partnership has grown tremendously since then, and we’re proud to be standard equipment on their new Midas.”

Incorporated in 1996, SSI suspension solutions are manufactured at facilities throughout the U.S. and assembled at its headquarters in Carpinteria, California. SSI products are used as standard equipment in multiple industries including RV and commercial segments and have applications for recreational vehicles including trucks, trailers, Type A, B and C motorhomes, Jeeps and SUVs.
