Tiffin Motorhomes’ Kenneth (Ken) Neal passed away Dec. 25, 2020 at 66 years old in Florence, Alabama.
RVIA issued a statement Jan. 5 regarding Neal’s death, in which the association considers him as a “dear friend and longtime colleague.”
“Always happy, smiling and ready to lend a hand, Ken lit up the room with his joy and humor,” RVIA President Craig Kirby stated. “Ken has been a valued contributor to the RV Industry Association and the RV industry for nearly two decades. He served with distinction on both the Lawyers Committee and the Public & Legislative Affairs Committee, where his knowledge, wisdom, experience and engaging personality were much appreciated and enjoyed.”
“Ken’s balanced approach and even-keeled thinking helped direct association policy and make the industry stronger,” RVIA VP of Government Affairs Jay Landers stated. “Ken and I swapped family stories and charted kids and grandkids developments. He was a true southern gentleman, and anyone who knew Ken will soon recognize the void he leaves as a result of his passing.”
“As a generous, reliable contributor to the betterment of the RV industry, and especially as a valued friend, Ken will be sorely missed,” RVIA VP and General Counsel Bob Schmitt stated.
