Dealers will gain current data trend understandings in Trader Interactive’s session titled “Insights 360: Leveraging Consumer Data for Market Success,” at the RVDA Convention/Expo.
The workshop will share how leveraging data insights can boost lead generation, gain market share and attract consumers at each sales stage. The session is part of the business innovation track and is scheduled at 12:45 p.m. Nov. 14.
Among those leading the session are Erin Ruane, RV Trader and Statistcal Surveys chief sales officer; John Ryneska, Statistical Surveys senior sales manager; Gillian Luce, Trader Interactive marketing assistant vice president; Anna Stoica-Zhang, Trader Interactive director of product, marketplaces; and Sasha Pyshkov, Trader Interactive director of data analytics and insights.
Learning objectives for this session include:
- How to leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts and engage buyers at various stages of the sales funnel to improve lead generation in a competitive market.
- Collecting current trends and consumer behaviors in the RV market using insights from RV Trader’s marketplace, consumer research and registration data from Statistical Surveys to position a dealership for success.
- Techniques for refining inventory and engaging buyers based on consumer preferences, marketplace behavior and the consumer purchase journey.
