The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) restructured its leadership to enhance operational efficiency, foster strategic partnerships and solidify financial oversight. The association welcomed three new employees in the transition.
Corey Langley will transition from his role as director of operations to director of exhibits and partnerships. He will be responsible for overseeing all exhibit operation aspects and will develop and maintain strategic industry partnerships.
Joe Carroll will succeed Bill Doll as chief financial officer. Carroll will manage NATDA’s financial strategies.
After retiring in October, Pam DiCara has returned to the association as an account manager. NATDA said she has an extensive understanding of NATDA’s financial landscape and a commitment to transparent and accurate reporting.
Ariana Ramer joins the association as its operations manager. Ramer has experience in operations and project management. She will optimize day-to-day operations and work with Langley to organize NATDA trade shows.
Adam Bernard joined NATDA as the vice president of finance. Bernard brings financial planning and analysis skills to his new position. He will focus on enhancing financial processes and driving fiscal efficiency across NATDA operations.
Michelle Caluag joins NADTA as the company’s marketing communications manager.
The association said the leadership changes will provide its members and partners with value and support.
