The National RV Training Academy (NRVTA) promoted Erin Ortiz to the role of student advisor liaison.
Ortiz joined NRVTA as a student concierge earlier in the year.
NRVTA said she demonstrated exceptional dedication, strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to supporting students on their educational journeys.
NRVTA Chief Operating Officer Kelly Bradley said, “Erin has been an invaluable member of the NRVTA team. Her dedication to the student experience and her ability to build strong connections with those she serves make her an excellent fit for this new role.”
In her new role, Ortiz will guide prospective students through NRVTA’s educational courses.
