Travelcamp RV recently acquired May’s RV in Dallas.
The company will continue to expand across the south to reach more RV enthusiasts, Travelcamp said.
With the opening of the Dallas location, Travelcamp RV will operate in six U.S. states with 12 stores across the South. The company expects to add five more locations by mid-year 2023 in Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida, Travelcamp RV said.
Family-owned May’s RV served the greater Dallas area for 45 years. With a remodel of the current May’s RV location, Travelcamp will bring key May’s RV team members on board, the company said. Travelcamp said May’s RV family-oriented business structure and May’s RV community reputation will help the company expand its reach.
Travelcamp RV is headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida and was founded in 2014.
