Truma Upgrades, Adds Staff

Truma North America modified its Lakeland, Florida, service center to accommodate more Truma and Alde customers.

The new service center is around the corner from the old location and features a 45-foot-long garage with 14-foot height clearance to fit RVs and motorhomes of any size.

The location is stocked with factory-direct parts for Truma and Alde systems, ensuring efficient repair and minimized appointment wait times, Truma said.

In addition to the new location, a second mobile service technician was hired in Lakeland to help meet increased demand, Truma said.

Lakeland Mobile Service Technician Bruce Luebke joined Lakeland Mobile Service Technician David Lehman at the beginning of the year. The pair have a combined 35 years of experience. Both technicians are RVTI certified and trained on Truma and Alde systems.

“We try to make sure everyone that calls us gets an appointment booked in a short timeframe because we know our customers are traveling,” Lehman said. “I was having to turn people away, which we never want to do. So, when they asked if I wanted some help, I knew exactly who we needed to call.”

Truma has Mobile Service technicians in Phoenix; Austin, Texas; and Denver with plans to add more across North America.

“Our goal is for our customers always to have a Truma mobile service technician within driving distance,” Head of Service Kyle Hastings said. “With each tech we add, we get closer to that goal and our goal of providing simply better service for our systems,”
