Two Dealer Chain Executives Retire

Two individuals invested more than two decades, respectively, at Camping World Holdings. This year, both leaders will retire from their positions.

Camping World President Brent Moody plans to retire Dec. 31. His resignation will be effective July 1.

Camping World Chief Financial Officer Karin Bell will retire upon filing the company’s Form 10-K for the year ending Dec. 31, 2024. Her resignation will be effective July 1.

“My 20-plus years here have been the highlight of my career,” Bell said. “Together with our talented team members, we have made Camping World a stronger and more agile organization.”

Bell and Moody will continue to support the company. Moody will uphold his role on the company’s board of directors while Bell will advise Camping World Chairman and CEO Marcus Lemonis and the senior management team.

combined service, their commitment to the company is undeniable as Camping World would not be what it is today without them.”

Matthew Wagner will take on the presidential role in addition to his current duties as principal operating officer.

Moody said, “I am confident in Matt’s demonstrated ability to lead and innovate across our company, I look forward to a smooth transition and am excited for the organization’s future growth.”

Tom Kirn will step into Bell’s position and continue to serve as the company’s principal accounting officer.

Bell said she is optimistic that “Tom has the right skill set, commitment to financial discipline and deep knowledge of both Camping World and our industry to help guide us into our next chapter of growth.”
