RV supplier Ultra-Fab has recruited founder and CEO of ARC Representation Raymond Padgett to head a new sales team. The company is establishing the team to accommodate increased sales.
Ultra-Fab President Craig Searer said the supplier is excited to welcome Padgett.
“His leadership and hard work with ARC has helped us get to this point in our sales growth,” Searer said. “He and Brian Allred make a strong team to run our sales and marketing efforts.”
Padgett will continue working with NSA RV Products to support their sales and marketing efforts.
“It is an energizing new chapter for me personally,” Padgett said, “and I certainly look forward to working with the entire team at Ultra-Fab. I know they still have a lot of growth ahead and I am looking forward to being part of that.”
Padgett said he encourages anyone with questions to reach out. ARC’s website lists 13 suppliers the manufacturer’s rep agency represents, including NSA RV and Ultra-Fab.
“It has been a true pleasure working with each of ARC’s suppliers,” he said. “Beyond work, we have forged some great personal relationships that I plan to continue well beyond this change.”
