The Great Elkhart Chamber will host a 20-hour OSHA general industry safety and health program class from March 2-3. Class will be held each day from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
This workshop will discuss some of material from the 10-hour class in greater depth. Additional topics will include areas critical to OSHA compliance. Upon successful completion of this additional 20-hour, three-day course, participants will receive a certificate of completion of the 30-Hour OSHA Authorized Voluntary Compliance Training and a wallet-sized certification card.
This 20-hour, three-day advanced course is open only to individuals who have completed the 10-hour, two-day course within the last six months.
The class location is the Matterhorn Conference Center, 2041 Cassopolis St. in Elkhart, Indiana. The cost for the training is $350 for members and $450 for non-members.
