RV Fixed Operations Professional Certification Week will take place from March 8-14, 2020. The Society of Certified RV Professionals and the Mike Molino RV Learning Center help RV dealer personnel seek professional certifications. Parts managers, parts specialists, service writers/advisors, service managers and warranty administrator credentials can be earned. Training and certification is provided by the Mike Molino RV Learning Center.
“This week is about recognizing your fixed ops certified professionals by celebrating their achievements and encouraging others to begin the process of certification through the RV Learning Center’s warranty administration and parts and service management certification programs,” said RVDA President Phil Ingrassia.
The center’s credentials were developed by The Ohio State University’s Center for Education and Training for Employment and working professionals. Suppliers, distributors, dealer owners and manufacturers also assisted with program development.
The Mike Molino RV Learning Center board of directors founded the society in 2014. The society works to encourage RV professional training and certification. It also provides scholarships to professionals to attend the annual RV Dealers Convention and Expo.
The Mike Molino RV Learning Center receives support from dealers, manufacturers, suppliers and other RV industry members.
