Grand Design RV continued its Employee Spotlight Series this past week with a video introducing the company’s director of service and warranty, Bradley Smith.
In the video, Smith said his role with the RV manufacturer is to prepare his staff and provide them with the necessary tools to take care of their customers’ needs, from RV parts delivery to real-time diagnostics and problem solving.
“What I like most about my role is actually being able to take care of customers,” Smith said. “We’re empowered and encouraged by executives (such as President and CEO Don Clark and Director of Service Operations Jerry McCarthy) to do the right thing. And it’s a privilege to be able to do that.”
He said that on a daily basis, his staff will talk with end users and dealer partners to help solve issues across the board.
“It’s really whatever needs to be done to take care of the customer and get them back on the road camping,” Smith said.
