Way Interglobal appointed Patrick Hines as its new Aftermarket Sales Director.
Way, a supplier of RV appliances, power solutions, electronics, and furnishings, is looking to grow its business and form better aftermarket relationships through Hine’s new role.
Wayne Kaylor, Way CEO, said the position is critical to the company’s success, and is a good way to showcase product innovation to the aftermarket segment.
“Pat has the background and leadership traits to help Way grow its aftermarket business,” Kaylor said, “and help showcase our brands including Everchill, Greystone, and Elite to a wider range of potential customers.”
Hines has spent over 15 years in sales-related positions in the RV industry. He recently spent time at Alliance RV in Elkhart as a regional sales manager. His prior roles consisted of regional sales manager positions with Palomino RV in Colon, Michigan, and CrossRoads RV in Topeka, Indiana.
In his director position, Hines is tasked with expanding Way’s presence in the RV Aftermarket segment, including improving its relationships with existing accounts, developing new relationships with additional RV distributors and dealers, and increasing its reach on a regional and national level.
Hines said he is excited for the transition from OEM to aftermarket.
“I’m very excited to help Way Interglobal increase our presence in the RV aftermarket space,” said Hines. “I am looking forward to working with the great team we have assembled at Way and to develop and take the aftermarket side of our business to the next level.”
