The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) has issued the following 2025 RV recalls:
THOR MOTOR COACH
Solar Panel May Detach While In Transit
Without washers, the solar panel can detach and become a road hazard, increasing the crash risk.
Potential Number of Units Affected: 637
Thor Motor Coach (TMC) is recalling certain 2023 Gemini and Compass motorhomes. Washers were not installed with the roof mounting brackets.
Dealers will inspect and install washers on the mounting brackets as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 10, 2025. Owners may contact TMC customer service at 877-855-2867. TMC’s number for this recall is RC000322.
