Winnebago Industries, Inc. hired Steve Speich as senior vice president of enterprise operations, starting March 3.
Speich will join Winnebago with more than two decades of operations leadership experience. In his previous role, Speich was a global director of manufacturing for John Deere’s Intelligent Solutions group. He oversaw factory operations, manufacturing and supply chain responsibilities.

In his new leadership role, Speich will oversee Winnebago Industries’ manufacturing capabilities, strategic sourcing program, business excellence initiatives, product quality management and employee health, safety and security efforts.
Speich will partner with the company’s various business divisions to drive improved performance.
