A new year means board of director transitions for Winnebago Industries. The manufacturer revealed two major changes to start 2025.

Seven-year board of directors member Richard Moss retired from the board in December 2024. Oshkosh Corp. executive Mike Pack joined the board, effective today.

President and CEO Mike Happe said, “On behalf of the board of directors and all of us at Winnebago Industries, we offer our thanks to Rick for his many contributions to our business. We have benefited tremendously from the rich business perspectives he has brought to the board.”

Pack is Oshkosh’s executive vice president. The company builds vehicles and equipment. In his role, he also serves as president of the vocational segment, where he leads three divisions.

Winnebago Board of Directors Chairman David Miles said, “Winnebago Industries is committed to continuing to be the trusted leader in outdoor recreation and Mike’s financial and management skillsets, as well as his manufacturing industry expertise, will be invaluable in helping the company achieve its goals.”

Pack has been with Oshkosh since 2006. He previously was chief financial officer. Before Oshkosh, he worked at Grant Thornton LLP.

Happe said, “I know he embraces our purpose of elevating every moment outdoors and will help bring that ideal to our many customers and stakeholders.”

Kevin Bryant, a board member since 2021, succeeds Moss as chairman of the board’s Audit Committee. Pack will serve on the board’s Audit Committee and the Technology and Innovation Committee.

“Winnebago Industries includes some of the most iconic brands in the outdoor recreation industry,” he said, “and I am excited to play a part in advancing the company’s short- and long-term objectives.”
