Winnebago released the company’s 2021 Flying W Dealer Excellence Award winners amongst motorhome and towable dealers.
The top-ranking 33 percent of dealers earn the distinction, which assesses a period from February 2020 to February 2021.
“Despite the unprecedented challenges of the past year, these dealers really stepped up and helped set the standard for the entire RV industry,” Winnebago Director of Customer Support Dean Casad said. “We are proud to recognize their outstanding commitment to serving Winnebago owners.”
The Flying W program, established by the company in 1986, uses surveys sent to owners upon a new RV registration and after warranty repairs.
To commemorate their achievement, dealers receive Flying W display materials in addition to the Flying W designation on Winnebago’s online dealer locator for the next 12 months – what the company stated is a signal to consumers that they will have “industry-leading shopping and ownership experiences at these dealerships.”
