Andy Core of Core Change Institute will lead two workshops during the 2023 RVDA Convention/Expo in the dealer/GM track.
The Convention/Expo takes place Nov. 6-10, 2023, at Paris Las Vegas.

Core’s first session, titled “Success Under Stress,” takes place from 2-3 p.m. Nov. 9.
As today’s RV professionals grapple with change and uncertainty, Core said the silver lining is professionals do not need to change their entire lives to significantly boost their ability to be more successful under stress. However, he said they do have to change their day.
During the workshop, attendees will learn:
- To uncover the top three research-based methods to recharge and inspire others at work
- Techniques for maintaining focus and motivation during high-pressure periods
- To clarify strategies for preserving balance in professional life
- To apply the No. 1 research-backed approach to transform stress into a motivating force
The second session, titled “Leadership: Motivating People Through Disruption,” is from 3:15-4:15 p.m. Nov. 9.
During the workshop, attendees will learn:
- Insight into how military researchers transform stress from a procrastination-inducing force into a motivating one
- Techniques to identify motivation gaps and tackle the issue, “Why don’t my team members do what they know they should?”
- Communication strategies that inspire people to acknowledge, “It is what it is,” and embrace change
- The Hope Triad: Three strategies that ensure you and your team consistently bring your best to work every day
