RV power solutions supplier Xantrex has a new leader.

The Mission Critical Electronics (MCE)-owned company hired Joe Vosburgh as its new general manager. Vosburgh replaces John Kalbfleisch, who was appointed as Xantrex general manager and vice president in 2021.

Vosburgh will oversee Xantrex operations and report to MCE President of Vehicle Power Market Segment Dale Tompkins. Vosburgh brings experience in advanced power conversion, renewable energy and software solutions.

Tompkins said, “Joe embodies the core values that define both Xantrex and Mission Critical Electronics: customer focus, proactivity, teamwork and ownership. We are confident he will continue to drive innovation while delivering the highest levels of service and quality to our customers.”

Vosburgh has led companies in strategy, operational optimization and product development. His experience includes driving growth periods, scaling operations and creating market-fitting solutions. Vosburgh worked at companies including Igloo Innovations, Nanotech Security Corp, Synapse ITS and Terra Insights.

The company said Xantrex’s staff extended their gratitude toward Kalbfleisch for his role in Xantrex’s success.
